This is a lovely warm, welcoming place to stay; comfortable and clean with friendly hosts in an interesting house and close to the town centre.

Stayed on 6/10/25 whilst the owners were away. I had booked a twin room back in June which was confirmed by Expedia. When I arrived at the property the gentleman who was looking after the property said he had no record of the booking. I spoke to the owner and she said she must have missed the booking. I was given a pokey attic single room with meagre facilities. The gentleman did all he could to make things as good as possible. I have not had the couetsey of a call back from the owner despite me receiving a room far below the spec I had booked. What is the relevance of a notification of a confirmed booking from Expedia if it is not?

Beautiful, old house in the centre of Abingdon. The hosts were so lovely and accommodating!

No breakfast provided but the host was very pleasant and the room well kept. Super handy in centre of town.
