Good setup, but small

The unit where we stayed was very small but it was cozy and clean. You have all of he appliances you need with the kitchen, microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator and washer. The refrigerator it’s small so it is better to buy a small amount of groceries throughout the trip so everything can fit in it. The shower is nice and the water pressure and temperature are great. The response from the management/owners is prompt, especially when it was related to requests or questions I had. The neighborhood is really nice and quiet. The building is located about 7 minutes from Ochiai Station and 5 minutes from Nakai Station. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

This place is a traveler's dream. The listing is located in a peaceful town just a few stops away from the touristy Tokyo areas. Despite being small, the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay after long days of exploring. A big plus was having our own washer which is super helpful for longer stays. Highly recommend.

The room was cozy and had all of the necessities one needs. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. The Nakai station is a few minutes walking distance. Not bad for the price.

Check-in and communication were good. Easy to reach someone. The listing was not as pictured though, it was my first time looking into an apartment/hotel. And I knew with the price of the place that it might be smaller. But the photos pictured and the actual place are so off. It was just me, I had a large luggage and my two small bags with me. There is literally no space for anything and the lighting in the room is almost non-existent.

As a female solo traveler, this place made me feel safe. The building itself requires a passcode to get in and the area is quiet and residential. Communication between host went smoothly and quickly. Check in and out was a breeze. It also helped having the convenience of a washing machine available.

The room was located in a nice quiet neighborhood, a 5 min walk from Nakai station or a 10 min walk to Ochiai station. Instructions to access the building were clear and easy to follow. If you’re placed on the 2nd floor and are carrying a lot of large or heavy luggage you might struggle getting up and down the stairs as they are narrow and wind upwards (there is no elevator). The room itself was very small and has a loft style bedroom accessible only by steep ladders so keep that in mind. I was travelling by myself so it was suitable for one person and I had everything I needed in the room (washer & detergent, vacuum, kitchen supplies, etc). There is also a laundromat right beside the building if you need to dry your clothes faster than using the drying option in the shower and multiple vending machines in the area for drinks. The room was perfect! The hotel was exactly what I wanted for my trip to Japan. The owner was very communicative, sent a lot of info on how to check in, navigate the area, and overall really nice and helpful. The facility is very well kept and has a lot of amenities. I want to stay here again in the future!

small, but enough to have everything you need. location was great, yet in a neighbourhood relatively quiet from the rest of the city

The room was really small for a couple especially with 2 checked-in luggage and 2 carry on luggage however we were able to manage it. The price is worth the stay and budget friendly. It’s a residential area in Shinjuku, 5mins walk to train station. I like the place coz there is a washing machine inside the room, unlike other accommodation that you need to wait.

Place is a lot smaller than expected. It is not a good odea for 2 people. Had to buy batteries for when remote died. There is no drawers for clothes and the hangers didn't fit. Also, why have a vacuum take up so much space. The walls are also thin. You will have to tavel to Shinjuku for airport bus.

Room was clean, but very very small. I stayed here with my partner and we had a carry-on and a normal suitcase. It was tight, but we made it work and all we did was sleep there. Finding the place was pretty easy with the directions provided by the host.
