We chose this homestay because the location is great — it’s very close to Lung Cu Flag Point and the northernmost part of Vietnam, so the views and surroundings are beautiful.  However, there were a few things that made our stay disappointing. The price was very high (about 1,500,000 VND for only one night) but the room was very small and didn’t feel worth the cost. At night, people in another tour group were very drunk and noisy until midnight, and no one from the homestay staff came to stop them, so we couldn’t sleep well. The next morning, the homestay had a power cut, so we couldn’t turn on the lights or get hot water for a shower, which felt unacceptable for the price we paid. Overall the spot is nice because of the surroundings, but service and value need improvement.

The village center is easily and conveniently located. Excellent.
