It was nice overlooking the pool

The staff was excellent because they allowed me to check in early at 10 a.m. The hotel is in a great location, with plenty of places nearby. Transportation to the downtown area is available right at the corner of the hotel. The rooms are decent—somewhat outdated, but comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. The property features two pools. Overall, it offers great value for the cost. I will definitely come back again

No tv service. Hot water was not always available. Bed is a boxspring. Air conditioner remote was broke. Oven/stove didn't work. Swimming pool area is not what advertise. I advise to pay the extra money it costs to stay at Emporio hotel, nearby.

decided to give this hotel another try. I should of stuck with my other disappointment of this hotel. 1st I had requested an earlier check in which the hotel approved upon arrival the night person at the desk charged me 500 pesos for checkin early. I was not given the room I had booked which was 2 beds and i was given a 1 bed. the beds are very old and uncomfortable like sleeping on a log bed. the pillows were thin as paper and im not exagerating. i requested extra pillows and was denied i was told they didnt have any. had no room service therefore no clean towels. i had made prepaid reservation and i was told the hotel could not charge my prepaid reservation with the virtual card that was provided. therefore i had to pay again with my personal card. and now im waiting to be refunded from my third party reservation. will not stay at this property ever again...

this was my 3rd time staying here. and it had been ok the other 2 times. this time the air-condition didn't work, the shower had either hot water or scalding water. in all 3 rooms that I was in. every time I called they sent a housekeeper to check nothing was done. I had booked for 7 nights only stayed 3 nights. I couldn't sleep my last night i had to move the couch right underneath the A/C in order to get some cool air. my room was non refundable and the hotel didn't have the courtesy to refund 3 nights. will never stay here again.

A pesar de que se nota antiguo , estaba limpio. La mucama atenta alas necesidades de nosotros en todo momento, trato cordial , ubicación excelente , hicimos una semana y no tuve tema o queja, tienes todo a la mano. Tiendas, la playa. Restaurantes, sin pagar un precio excesivo. Muy bueno con servicios funcionales

Es una buena opción de hospedaje, me parece muy práctico que tenga la cocineta. Las camas están cómodas.

EL PERSONAL SUPER AMABLE, SOLO EL REFRIGERADOR NO CONGELÓ. PERO LA LIMPIEZA MUY BUENA... LA ALBERCA REQUIERE DE MÁS MANTENIMIENTO PERO LA VERDAD NOS LA PASAMOS INCREIBLE.. CERCA DEL HOTEL ESTÁ LA PLAYA Y MUCHAS OPCIONES PARA COMER.. ESTA SUPER BIEN UBICADO. Y MUY SEGURO. DEJE MI AUTO EN LA CALLE Y FUE MUY SEGURO.

No fue lo que esperaba, la señora de recepción parecia enojada, no tenia buena actitud, me dieron las habitaciones por separado, el aire acondicionado sonaba espantoso por lo viejo que estaba y mienten del wifi, no hay señal en todo el hotel.

No son Suites, son cuartos muy sucios, hay demasiados moscos, la habitación que me asignaron en un primer piso, tiene un "balcón" que da a una muy mala vista hacia un predio muy sucio y con demasiadas plantas que provocan que haya muchos moscos (en menos de 5 minutos que tuve mi estancia los moscos me "comieron"), el control de la TV no servía y lo único que me dijeron es que eso quizá podía resolverse hasta el siguiente día. Había tazas sucias en el fregadero La cama muy incómoda dado el colchon tan maltratado que había. La verdad que me tuve que salir y cambiar de hotel a pesar de que ya había pagado toda mi estancia. (Por supuesto que NO hubo reembolso) En verdad que sin exagerar fue una muy mala experiencia. Por el mismo precio encontré mejores lugares.
