I was very impressed with my stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were helpful and accommodating.

The location is good, but getting there is a nightmare for outsiders. It could be better if: 1. The RM200 deposit should be told upfront instead of catching us by surprise. Quite steep for an RM100/room. 2. Parking cost: RM2 per entry (albeit RM2/3 hours, RM6/day). But if you're in/out a few times in a day, it easily costs you RM20. 3. Slow lift. Always ask for a lower floor. Overall, the room was good, and the service was good.

This was my second stay here, this time on a three-day business trip. Thanks to the building's pristine condition, I can easily imagine returning. Keep up the good work!

The hotel staff is friendly, check-in is easy. The facilities are really good.. but to order a Grab you have to go down to area B3... you can't get it directly in front of it. Paxtonz is easy if you want to go to Empire City Mall.. just cross the road and it's not a main road, like in one area. So it's really good..

The room was spacious, all facilities were good.

The hotel is really nice and comfortable. Overall, everything was great. The only drawback was the elevator. Although there are four elevators, they were always crowded. During checkout, I had to wait around 20 minutes, but every time the elevator arrived, it was already full, so I ended up taking the stairs. The pool area is beautiful, but at first there was an issue with the swimming attire policy, which seemed quite unusual. After about 30 minutes, the security finally allowed it, especially after seeing other kids entering the pool wearing only swim shorts without shirts. Overall, the hotel and rooms were good, but the surrounding area is still a bit messy.
