Everything is okay, but room service for cleaning only applies to whom stay more than 3 nights.

Great location: You can just walk across to the beautiful Hextar World Mall and it doesn't even take 1 minute. Although it is not as convenient to train stations. Facilities: Beautiful swimming pool. No gym is available. A small mart is also available nearby if you need to purchase some snacks/drinks. Room: Room is overall comfortable and spacious. Small kitchen is provided with basic kitchenwares, microwave oven, and induction cooker. However, no kettle is available, and they don't provide any dishwashing sponge although dishwashing liquid is available. Bathroom: Bathroom is giving off an unpleasant smell, likely from the drainage. We tried to rinse the area around our bathroom, but the smell stays. Sink is easily clogged, and we have to wait for the sink to drain or else it will fill up. Toilet cover is defective. Other than that, water pressure is great. Shampoos and toothbrushes are provided.

I had a great stay here. There is a shopping mall located just downstairs, making it very convenient to buy anything I need. The mall also offers a wide variety of food choices, which was a big plus. The hotel environment is comfortable, clean, and relaxing. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again in the future.

The location is good, but getting there is a nightmare for outsiders. It could be better if: 1. The RM200 deposit should be told upfront instead of catching us by surprise. Quite steep for an RM100/room. 2. Parking cost: RM2 per entry (albeit RM2/3 hours, RM6/day). But if you're in/out a few times in a day, it easily costs you RM20. 3. Slow lift. Always ask for a lower floor. Overall, the room was good, and the service was good.

This was my second stay here, this time on a three-day business trip. Thanks to the building's pristine condition, I can easily imagine returning. Keep up the good work!

Clean room, good service, very close to the mall.

The hotel staff is friendly, check-in is easy. The facilities are really good.. but to order a Grab you have to go down to area B3... you can't get it directly in front of it. Paxtonz is easy if you want to go to Empire City Mall.. just cross the road and it's not a main road, like in one area. So it's really good..

The room was spacious, all facilities were good.
