The location of the hotel is great, but not much else. The air conditioner in the rooms is not very strong, so it’s always pretty warm in the rooms. The towels provided look really old and are frayed.

Bathrooms smell really bad because of the sewerlines are not designed correctly. Otherwise the hotel would be great.

Excellent location in one of the coolest neighborhoods in GDL; just one block from Avenida Chapultepec and its nightlife. Even with this proximity to the many restaurants and bars on Chapultepec Hotel Antre remains quiet. Excellent friendly and professional staff especially Mirasol at the front desk and bellman Dilan. Each time we stay there they make our experience special.

It’s a good location and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. There is a McDonald’s next door if you are in a pinch. The only thing missing is that there is no fridges in the room but overall it was a great stay.

Above and beyond expectations. Super clean. Amazing and extremely helpful staff. Brunch and happy hour prices are inexpensive but the food and cocktails are exceptional. I will definitely be staying here again.

THE AC IN THE ROOM NEVER WORKED, CALL RECEPTION AND THEY OFFER AT FIRST TO CHANGE MY ROOM BUT AS TIME PASSED BY THEY JUST REFUSED TO CHANGE ME. IF YOU GET TO GO MAKE SURE THE AC WORKS AND EVERYTHING ELSE IN THE ROOM

For the most part the hotel was good but the air conditioning isnt cold and they dont really provide things needed like conditioner, etc.

The Staff was super friendly and accommodating the room was very spotless clean, the food and the bar were excellent, the only complaint is: no pool on property other than that all was great Thank you for the hospitality

I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable condition of our room. Upon arrival, we found the bed covered in nail clippings, and the bathroom emitted a strong odor of sewage. To make matters worse, we discovered cockroaches in the room. Despite reporting these health and hygiene issues to your staff immediately, no action was taken to address the situation or move us to a clean room.

This hotel is in an excellent area of Guadalajara. Walking distance to all the restaurants and shops in Colonia Americana. The rooms are spotless and tastefully decorated. They have a restaurant with good food and very reasonable prices. We have stayed here once before and plan to stay again.
