I really wanted to like this hotel. The staff were very nice, the hotel was clean, and they give nice amenities like free contact solution and toiletries. However, room 508 had a horrible cigarette smell despite it supposedly being a no smoking room. The window was open when we checked in, and even then, you could smell it. But once we closed the window and turned on the AC, the smell got much worse. I think the AC filter is contaminated with smoke, because you can smell it strongly when walking into the air stream from the AC. I ended up with an irritated throat and headache. Also, this may be a “sex hotel,” and I could hear the people across the hallway from our room. I ended up checking out after just 6 hours there and finding a different place. The hotel refused to issue any refund for the multi-day stay. I understand it’s their policy to not issue refunds after check in, but I could not have foreseen these issues before check in, and didn’t even end up staying a single night.

Staff was great, let me check in 3 hours earlier because my room was ready. My 3rd hotel in Korea and this was the cleanest one. Very happy, The street was full of restaurants in walking distance. Only thing i couldn’t work out until day 2 was the aircon remote was inter grade with TV remote Thank you Cream hotel for a wonderful stay

5月上旬に初めて利用しました。 スタッフ方の対応、清掃の丁寧さ、設備、広さ、全て期待以上で大満足です！ 個人的には気にならなかったけれど、人によるかも…という点は、 ・バスタブなし。シャワーの横にトイレがあるので、トイレはびしょ濡れになります。 ・冷蔵庫の稼働音が大きい時がありました。でも、近くの部屋の音などはほとんど聞こえなかったです。 ・パジャマは無かったと思います。 ・九里駅から1キロくらい離れているうえ、近くに飲み屋が多そうでしたが、治安は問題なかったです。 ・希望さえすれば、清掃、ゴミ捨て、タオル交換は無料で対応してもらえるとのことです。 個人的には、総合的に見て素晴らしいコスパのホテルで、また是非利用したいと思いました！

エアコンは暖房が効きませんでした。 冷房は効くようです。
