I had a issue with the room, but I reported to the staff members and they fixed it without hesitate it. Thanks for that.

Clean rooms. Not as convenient to the airport as I thought. Breakfast was really good.

Nice hotel in General , room a bit disappointing with no tea/coffee facilities or bottled water . Reception not the best . Seemed a bit uninterested . Breakfast was excellent and evening meal was ok. Overpriced

Ótimo café da manhã, na recepção tinha o Adrian do turno da tarde/noite sempre muito prestativo. No quarto faltou um mini bar e banheira no chuveiro.

Local bem distante do centro, bem distante mesmo.

El hotel está en una ubicación muy tranquila. En las cercanías hay un par de supermercados y una boca de metro a 400 m. El personal muy eficiente y la limpieza muy bien.

Habitación impoluta y personal muy amable, además de atento. Había reservado una habitación con camas individuales, porque no quedaban de matrimonio, y en el check in me la cambiaron. Los mejores!
