The staff was very helpful, helping us store our luggage, ask for room cards, and even request breakfast takeout. The room was clean and spacious. It was a bit odd, though, because the cleaning service was only available at 3 p.m., which was a minor inconvenience. Otherwise, everything was great. Thank you.

It's a new hotel, so everything inside is new, but the breakfast selection isn't very extensive. By the way, the Wi-Fi isn't great, it keeps coming and going. Hopefully, it can be improved.

This is my third stay here. It's very comfortable and clean. Because it's a new hotel, everything is spotless. Next time I transit through Batam, God willing, I'll stay here again. The only drawback is the lack of Qibla directions.
