Hotel privacy is truly maintained, hotel rooms are comfortable and clean.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. However, the room was less than satisfactory, as the shower had a very low water flow. Furthermore, when it rained at night, a strong odor arose, seemingly coming from the sewer, which was quite disturbing during our stay.

Good, recommended place, only the parking is tight and narrow.

The hotel staff is friendly, from check-in staff, guest room staff, security guards, and tour staff. The rooms are also spacious and there is private parking per room.

Many other people gave their experiences ratings of 1 and 2, but in my experience yesterday, I felt a rating of 5.

I don’t know exactly the concept. It looks like hotel just for “play” and done. The information to customer not detail. All staff hotel mostly a man , and it little bit uncomfortable for woman. Even though i’m with my husband it looks like “ to judge”. Well the room was not bad, spacious, clean enough, full of mirror and for your concern the room is possible to smoke. So if your need just for “play” and check out, maybe it’s suitble because there’s garage in every room, is safe for your privacy. But if your need exactly for place to rest after strolling pik and looking for general hotel’s concept, its not for you. So for me once is enough.

The room was clean, the staff was also friendly, at first it was difficult to find the hotel because it was inside.

The place is comfortable, the service is good and responsive. The location is strategic in the PIK 2 tourist area. I want to try it again sometime. It's great. It's the best.

It was a really fun stay here. The room was clean, and the staff was responsive and friendly. I'll try another room type next time.

It's very helpful, but unfortunately big cars can't get in.
