Great modern hotel steps from Karlsplatz and easy walk to the inner city. Lovely inner courtyard. Staff are superb, helpful and accommodating. Standard Room was a good size and beds were very comfy with real feather duvets and pillows. Breakfast buffet (and extras) was extensive, high quality and delicious. Highly recommend.

Our stay was defined by a truly lovely staff who went above and beyond to rectify a difficult situation. While the property has some maintenance quirks, the team’s dedication to guest satisfaction was evident. We initially encountered a significant issue with a broken window that would not close. Because the air conditioning system is designed to operate only when windows are sealed, the room temperature rose quickly. It is worth noting that some rooms may show signs of wear. For instance, we noticed dust on the bedside phones however, the essential comforts were well-maintained, with fresh linens and very comfortable beds. The highlight of our experience was the front desk team. When the window issue arose, three staff members worked late into the night to resolve it. After it became clear the original room was not viable, the team stepped up. We were moved to a beautiful room with a functional terrace and excellent air conditioning, which much more closely reflected the high-end photos seen online. The staff’s ability to handle issues with grace and generosity makes all the difference.

Spacious room located in the heart if the inner city. Numerous attractions all within walking distance. The shower was amazing with everything a traveler needs.

Very clean and modern American type of hotel. Well located about two blocks from the subway and even closer to street trollies.

The shower was incredibly therapeutic. The bed was very comfortable. The blackout room and quiet neighborhood combined for a great sleep.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and would definitely recommend it. The receptionist was extremely polite and welcoming from the moment I arrived, making the check-in process smooth and comfortable. I also really appreciated how quickly my room was changed upon request—this was handled promptly and without any hassle, which made a big difference to my overall experience. A special mention goes to Daniel, the waiter, who was incredibly nice and friendly. His warm attitude and attentive service truly stood out and added a personal touch to my stay. Overall, great service and a positive experience. I would happily stay here again.

The heating on site is really bad in the room. The bedroom got so hot at night that I complained and they offered me nothing. I demanded that they at least provide me with drinking water. The room I was in only had 1 small window that was overlooking the street so all the noise from the main road filtered in. The Aircon only went to 18 and the heating was too high for the Aircon to be felt. The night staff that I was dealing with were not the most helpful or considerate. The day staff at reception on the other hand were incredible and very helpful. Night staff need better training. They stated I was the only one that complained?! So was the fact that I came through

Our check in was delightful. We were welcomed by Laura at Front desk, charming and professional, a true asset to the Hotel. Our room was modern, impeccably clean, with nespresso machine, robes and slippers. Designed well, toilet is separate from shower and vanity area. Great hair dryer and clothes steamer. We loved our stay. We walked everywhere. We wished our stay would have been longer, only 2 nights.

Excellent location very close to the Opera. Staff in all areas including reception were excellent and very helpful.

The staff at any hotel are front-face of the hotel. The staff I interacted with at the reception, restaurant and cleaning staff are excellent! They go out of their way to help! My only disappointment was I ran out of handkerchives on the first day and the box wasn't replaced. I'm not sure if that's a policy at the hotel. The room I had was a decent size and thankfully it was warm. As I was attending a conference I was not in the room much. For me, the hotel was very conveniently located and there is a supermarket nearby too.
