The hotel's checkout time and the app's check-in time didn't match. I was scammed. I didn't show up at the location.

Tertera jelas di Tambahan kebijakan kami, jam reservasi=jam check-in. Mohon semua kebijakan yang tertera di aplikasi Traveloka dibaca terlebih dahulu agar tidak terulang dikemudian hari dengan akomodasi penginapan lainnya. 🙏🏻

As clearly stated in our additional policies, booking time = check-in time. Please read all policies stated in the Traveloka app first to avoid any potential issues with other accommodations in the future. 🙏🏻

Customers are given a set check-in time, even though the check-in time is according to arrival at the location, this check-in time is the same as the reservation time on Traveloka, it's really disappointing
