The staff were all great and very friendly. I forgot my phone at check-out, so I returned to the hotel at 4:30 PM, and it was still safe.

My first time staying here, and I was quite satisfied. The service was good, the room was clean, and the atmosphere felt comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!

Everything is good, delicious food, strategic location, friendly staff, only the gym and swimming pool facilities have to go outside the hotel/lobby which is not very practical.

Highly recommended! I arrived a bit early around 11am. Got early check in. Staff was very VERY helpful & friendly. Close to convenience store such as Indomaret, Circle K & Alfamart. The bed are very comfy! Definitely come again in the future.

The food lacks flavor, is too bland.

The hotel is super comfortable, close to the mall, surrounded by food courts and delicious food, very strategic, the rooms are spacious, cool, clean, and comfortable, most importantly the bed is really spacious and doesn't make your body ache.

It was really a wonderful stay! The staff are friendly... The suite room is big and spacious. The location is good with lots of eateries and massage places around the area. What I love most is the go-kart just opposite our hotel. Will love to go back again.

Very good hotel, helpfull staff, good breakfast, comfy bed and hotel still new, the only cons its like HDB the hallway is directly outdoor so its quite noisy sometimes.
