My suggestion is to add some games or collaborate with water sports providers such as banana boats, speedboats, and jet skis, as well as ferries that can support customers without having to leave the hotel area again, Ma'am. The lakeside view is captivating, but we couldn't swim in the lake because the shore was dirty. And you can watch Netflix in your room, so the kids won't be fussy. The hotel is still under renovation, so the bathroom sink is in poor condition, as if it was just thrown in. For the price, I don't think it's worth the money. Further improvements are needed. The hotel staff were all friendly, and the rooms were spacious and clean, making us feel comfortable. The balconies directly overlooked the tranquil pool and Lake Toba—the views were simply breathtaking.

The hotel is nice and clean, close to the lake, the hotel chef is not very welcoming, if you order food at the restaurant, the staff is a bit slow because our chef is already out, the chef arrives in 1/2 hour, if you order outside, the chef speaks to the staff, I can hear him clearly, can you check the CCTV? I stayed on 15 May 26 at 2:00 PM, can you check the CCTV around the restaurant and kitchen, the hotel staff, let the hotel be good, what's the point?

Executive rooms, especially lake view rooms, have smart TVs. Hot water takes a long time to get and is difficult to find in the morning. Breakfast is basic but okay. The pool needs attention, as there were a few insects while I was swimming. Overall, it's okay.

It's definitely worth staying here. The rooms are as described, and the food is affordable and delicious. The staff is friendly, and the hotel accommodations, especially with the pool overlooking the beach, are very comfortable and the surroundings are clean. Highly recommended, and the hotel is reasonably priced.

The swimming pool is really cool, you can access it directly from the room.

The hotel staff is friendly, safe, comfortable and the breakfast is delicious and there are many menu choices.

The cakes (lepat and fried onde-onde) are delicious. The stairs are a bit steep for older people, but the view from the room is beautiful overlooking the lake.

I think the hotel is very pleasant but it would be nice to go up to the 4th floor using the elevator.
