However, you and your colleague explained during check-in that we had booked a room based on your itinerary, booking number 2************8, which was unavailable at the time. We addressed this directly during check-in and apologize for the inconvenience. We do offer an extra bed for €200,000 (for two extra beds). If the room you requested is still available, we would be happy to accommodate you and your colleague. We often offer room upgrades to accommodate guests with special requests that we are unable to accommodate, but at the time, all rooms were fully booked. The cafe, restaurant and sky lounge were not yet fully operational. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by our in-room breakfast service. Our current promotional price (breakfast included) is quite low. Our rooms are larger than most hotels and all in-room amenities include a minibar.
