Quiet area, new ownership. Nice staff. Some teething issues with new system on doors using code entry. Nice rooms and bathroom. Comfortable hotel.

Very dodgy added charges very poor

We really enjoyed our stay here, with a well designed and comfortable room with great amenities (tea, coffee, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner). The staff were always very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a great location and we walked there from the Eurostar. The only issue is the shower screen has a gap at the bottom and water gets out and we needed a few towels to dry it up. Otherwise, we had a great stay here for an enjoyable long weekend in Rotterdam.

No sign to show outside the hotel. Hard to find or even know there's a hotel. Not near Rotterdam central station. The room is very small. You have to pay €100 holding deposit in case any damages during your stay.
