Small apartment but with everything you can need, clean bathroom and beds were excellents! The common area on the top floor are beautifully decorated and the luggage room were very helpful. The location is perfect, you can walk to all attractions or to public transportation.

I have so many complains, during summer and the AC don’t work, I was told nothing 25c work, Dishwasher never worked and the last day they told me that I had to open the faucet together!! The room is super small and it was dirty under the beds, I told them and nothing! I had 2 bookings back to back and adm never told the cleaners and they just open the door, the code did not work and they don’t work on weekends so if something happens you will be sleeping on the street, for the closet you need to move the table and chair to reach. Look for something better!

Central but quiet location; kitchenette

L’hôtel est bien situé, proche du centre et accessible à pied facilement. Par contre, le lit devait être grand, mais plutôt un lit double standard dans une chambre très petite. Les tapis des corridors sont dus pour être lavés ou changés. La chambre était propre.

The room was good, the stores and grocery store next door was great, but I still dislike humanless properties. I may be able to navigate, but not everyone can and I’ve never had a stay at one where some other person wasn’t lost and confused and needed help, making other visitors do your damned job of solving their problems.

Clean. Easy walk from central station. No front desk, all codes are emailed. Not as spacious as the online photos. The sauna is nice but only available at specific times, otherwise you need to pay and make a reservation.

Comfortable room, brilliant location

The code and room number is sent the day before - there is no reception. I took a photo of the screen for easy access when I arrived. I had difficulty entering my apartment a which was very stressful. It was when I texted Bob W and told to refresh the page with my code, it had changed as had my apartment number. Why didn’t they send a text or email. Once inside, the apartment was clean and comfortable and there were teabags and coffee. Cutlery and tea towel were missing. Good location for train station and city centre.

A nice hotel close to the centre of Helsinki. Everything clean. Room rather small. However large enough for one. Struggled with access to the hotel as no staff and reliant on a door access code. Thought breakfast was included as included one of my Expedia hotel filters … but sadly was not. For breakfast you have to go to a nearby restaurant. Similarly there was meant to be a gym. Again off site with an arrangement with a gym off site so did not bother.

This was our first stay in a BobW apartment and it was great. The check-in process and accessing the security code via email was intimidating but worked well. Our apartment exceeded expectations with a small kitchenette including a microwave, comfortable beds, great shower and a self serve laundry on level 3. Our apartment was conveniently located close to a range of restaurants and a Lidl next door was brilliant. We were an easy walk to the harbour markets and major landmarks. Our Uber for the airport found it easily accessible. We will definitely be looking for more BobWs in other locations.

Convenient , comfortable, great value

Perfect for a 10-day stay when you don't want the typical hotel experience, but something to feel more like a local. Having a kitchen was amazing! The apartment was very clean, except the floors - I actually had to clean those myself they were so bad. But overall a lovely experience and no other complaints!

Hotel does not have a restaurant. They have an agreement with 3 local venues to serve breakfast. One venue is 2min away. The remaining 2 are 10 min and 15 min away. It is an online checkin hotel with no staff at the hotel.

Decent room and beds were comfortable. Well kitted out kitchen area. For some reason we were placed in an accessibility room, right opposite the lift doors meaning there was noise from those other guest who have no concept of quiet along with the thud as luggage was wheeled out of the lift at 1am Most nights. Also be warned, the room will not be accessible until 45 mins before your stated arrival time. If you’ve never travelled to the hotel and can’t be sure on travel times to the accommodation this could mean a frustrating wait before you can get in to the room. Annoying after a day of travelling. Also, no room to store toiletries in the bathroom ! And the tv does not face the beds meaning it’s a bit pointless. Overall an enjoyably stay but the automated way in which the arrival process worked made the whole experience feel quite soulless. Also, dishwasher broke mid visit and if you plan to use the sauna and are male and female, the bookings are staggered. If you want to book it for a private session it’s a pricey. You’re better off heading out and using a public one.

Wonderful location for Helsinki. Easy to find room. Great amenities. We love the sauna and made great use of the laundry room.

The room was spacious and clean. The kitchen area was very appreciated. Small detail but I also loved the pressure of the shower.
