I've been here twice. The place is clean, the AC is cold, comfortable, the hot water works well, and the service is friendly :) The best, really.

The room is spacious and clean, but it is a bit damp and the sofa is dirty. Only the private pool is a bit dirty.

The hotel staff, Mas Halim, was very friendly and helpful, but the staff member after him, a woman I forgot to ask her name, was less so. Cleanliness needs to be addressed; there were eyelashes on the sofa and bathroom from previous guests. I also felt uncomfortable with the afternoon phone call informing me of a 10% discount voucher for F&B, as it disturbed our rest. I also had a special note to decorate, even if there were additional costs, they should have been confirmed first. And one more thing, I don't like the WhatsApp messages reminding me to check out. I think it's enough to just create rules and put them in the room. Or call if you want to extend or not. I've stayed at other places like that.

One of the most worthwhile villas in Jogja. Clean rooms, super friendly service, very private, private bathroom, and a clean kitchen for cooking. My two-day stay here felt incomplete because every time I left, the room was always cleaned as requested 🤩

Everything is already good, except the water flow on the second floor is weak and the Wi-Fi often disconnects.

Actually, everything was fine: the facilities were excellent, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, during my stay, a repairman was repairing the roof during the day (he said it was leaking). Unfortunately, it had to be done while guests were staying. So, I couldn't do activities in front of the building (the pool and restrooms) because the repairman was there.

At this inn we really enjoyed the fun because it was supported by a private pool, strategic location, and the atmosphere of the room which for us was very comfortable..... Just for input.... for the drainage in the bathroom to be more careful because there were several places where there was stagnant water which caused a smell..... The rest is TOP.

The villa staff were very friendly and it was a pleasure to stay here. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Jogja.

Best city center villa When we first arrived at the lobby, we couldn't believe the friendliness of the hotel staff who greeted us. As soon as we entered the villa room, subhanallah, the atmosphere was really nice, plus there was the Happy Honeymoon towel art decoration that I ordered, the decoration was so beautiful that my wife was touched. It's not enough to stay here for a day, very satisfied. Atmosphere/Facilities: Very comfortable atmosphere with very complete room facilities Food: The food is delicious, you get lots of free snacks in the room and in the villa lobby. Staff Assistance: My wife and I were amazed by the friendliness of the staff here, it was the first time I saw hotel/villa staff who were so friendly.👍 Highlights: The view of the villa room is very beautiful, with good room layout, very complete facilities to the point of providing a prayer room, it was extraordinary for me, a very nice private swimming pool. Price: Very friendly with the location of the villa close to the city center, and very good service Location: Very-very strategic close to Malioboro and the city center.

Beyond expectation, the room was very clean and the facilities were very complete, the pool was clean, the staff was friendly and even gave me free iced tea when I checked out, I was happy and will come back here again 😍
