Really to my surprise- great experience

The studio was perfect, clean, newly renovated and practical. Maybe only one thing regarding Shampoo, conditionner and soap for the shower, instead of a all-in-one soap.

Apartment clean and well appointed. Looks as it does in the photos and host was very responsive and polite. We had an electric car and parking in the underground was easy with the parking spot that had charging option for a reasonable price. Comfortable king size bed in 206.

The staff here are incredibly polite and friendly. Everything is clean and well maintained. For a place on 77 St‑Vallier, you really can’t ask for anything better. I’ll definitely be coming back. Nice and very clean kitchen.

Very clean and quiet, safe and secure. Perhaps a smoother process between booking room and parking ie: the hotel take on more of the booking of parking. all in all though a great operation. Would recommend and revisit.

We love it .. its relaxing and comfy the place is beautiful 😍. Just really the security deposit was the one higher than other rental property even with hotels .

The room was very clean and spacious. The furniture was very new as well.

Clean room

This hotel was a very good experience except for one major aspect that while I understand is outside of the hotel’s control is something that needs to be addressed. The room was very clean (except for a spoon that wasn’t washed properly), security for the building and rooms felt good, and most amenities were present. The couch was a bit uncomfortable and the tv is pretty small, but those are nitpicks for the room itself. The major issue is the location. For the record, hypothetically it’s a fantastic location. 20 minute walk from the train station, and a 30 minute walk from the heart of Old Quebec. That part is great. However, the front door is quite literally right across the street from a safe injection site, and therefore the surrounding area of the hotel is a scary experience. My wife and I rented the hotel as part of our honeymoon to Quebec, and walking to and from the hotel was anything but romantic. The nights are punctuated with a constant yelling, hysterics, and even violent fighting. My wife and I decided to only use the back door for the majority of the trip, but even the area behind the building feels shady and like you’re walking on eggshells. Once we got inside however, we felt safe. All in all, I understand the majority of the problems with the hotel are not of their making, but the location itself did impact our trip dramatically, so I wanted to make sure to highlight it in my review.

Very nice and positive experience during our 4 nights at this place. Bright, clean and very spacious rooms. Well organised kitchen with almost everything you need for your stay or make any meal. Great washroom and shower cabin. Also very quiet and safe.

I really enjoyed my stay ! I was in town for work, for one week and it felt like I was staying at my own appartement for the week. The commodities are amazing, the place feels very safe (even for a woman alone), it’s clean, and it’s well located, near a lot of restaurants, cafés, shops, and a decent distance from the Old Quebec. I LOVED it and I will surely return when I come back to Quebec.

Sparkling clean and well equipped kitchen great shower

The apartment is well maintained, clean, quite and safe. We had good 2 days stay here with family. This place is very close to old Quebec city. I would highly recommend for others and would love to visit again.

Great stay!

Location was fantastic. Parking available ~ 100 meters up the road on left side ($20) per day. It’s about 15-20 minute walk to Chateau Frontenac.

Nice quiet place to stay, clean and family atmosphere, near almost every place to visit, I recommend it.

Comfortable beds, great shower in bathroom, full kitchen large refrigerator, place for frozen food in freezer. Very clean and comfortable place, Highly recommended would stay there again.
