Check in and out was easy. Room was clean & modern. Bathroom was good but that shower - amazing!! Breakfast was good and served quickly after arriving at table. Location great - like 2 minutes from Jemaa el-Fnaa. Would never believe it since no sounds can be heard from it!

OMG! Absolutely AMAZING STAY! Thanks to Abdul! Excellent communication from the hotel beforehand. Abdul came to meet me and helped me with my suitcase as I would not get lost finding the RIAD in the busy Marrakesh streets. Upon arrival I was welcomed by the stunning property. Clean. Beautiful. Your Moroccan Riad fantasy. A pool in the center. Gorgeous moroccan tiles! The room was very spacious. The biggest I was in throughout my stay in both the north and south of Morocco. Very, very clean! Abdul made the stay extra special with his warmth and hospitality. In the morning, he prepared a coffee and Moroccan breakfast for me. It was truly wonderful. I would absolutely stay again! And I know there are many options for choosing a riad but I would go with this one!!

I wish we stayed here longer! It’s conveniently in the heart of the markets, but we had no trouble sleeping (unsure if that’s because the noise wasn’t too bad or we were very exhausted). The AC was very powerful (yay!) and checking in and out was easy. For a small fee, transportation to the airport was arranged for us as well

My friend and I had a lovely stay at Hotel Riad Chami. It is located just off of the main square which makes it a perfect base to explore Marrakech. The staff were friendly, kind and were there to offer recommendations if needed. The breakfast on the rooftop was an added bonus, which really set us up for the day. I would definitely recommend staying here!

A beautiful riad. Located just off the main square. Very convenient. Cute room, but small. Wonderful service - Tariq was especially helpful and kind. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast on the rooftop was beautiful. My only fault was the noise from the courtyard, which I suppose is inevitable given the riad design. Anyway, recommended.

The location of the riad is very close to the centre square, where all the souks and dining options are located. However, as it is a riad, all the rooms are in very close proximity, so one should not expect to have peaceful sleep with noise of doors banging and people chattering during check in and out throughout the night. I would caution against booking an airport pickup taxi with them as they have forgotten to send the pickup and we were left waiting at the airport gor some time. At the end, we had to take a random taxi ourselves and got ripped off when the driver stopped us at a location quite a distance away from the riad. We ended up paying another fee for a local to take us to the riad. When we arrived at the riad, both the hotel reception, Abdo and Tarek were very apologetic and they were the ones who made our stay enjoyable.

The bathroom was awkwardly constructed. I had to make a U-turn to access the toilet paper since it was behind the toilet. The bedroom was large and nice. The bedroom mattresses were firm and comfortable to sleep on, which I loved. The lights were adequate. Breakfast was supposed to be served at 8 am but it started late when I was there. It's first-come, first-served, but no one told us that. They take their time making the breakfast and bringing it to us, which can be frustrating, especially if you have a tight schedule or need an early start to your day. There were extra property taxes to be paid once I arrived which I did not know about, so the final price increased a lot. The convenience of the location is probably the best part about the riad, because the stalls and souks are just outside, within walking distance. The neighbors get loud and you can sometimes hear catfights and other loud conversations outside late at night when you're trying to sleep. Overall, I like this riad, but the bathroom did feel cramped and the breakfast service was a lot more late and slower than I’m used to.
