We had a pleasant stay at MSG Curate Apartment as a family. The location is a big plus as it is conveniently close to Nanjing East Pedestrian Street, making it easy to explore the area and access nearby amenities. The room was generally clean, although I did notice a bit of dust in some areas. That said, the cleaner was very helpful and approachable, which made the stay more comfortable. One standout aspect of the stay was the excellent service: I didn’t have a compatible USB charger but the owner/staff went the extra mile to purchase an adaptor for me, which I truly appreciated. There is no concierge on-site but communication via WeChat was responsive and helpful. So I was still able to get my questions answered promptly. One minor downside is that the apartment sits on an office building and the waiting time for the lift during peak office hours (morning and evening) can be longer than expected, since the building is shared with offices. The in-room washer and cooker were very useful during the stay. However, it took us some time to figure out how to use the washer. Having simple, clear instructions provided in the room (instead of referring to a manual) would make the experience even smoother. Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay with thoughtful service
