The hotel was very easy to find, rooms clean and extremely helpful staff. The downside was the elevators extremely small, terrace was in a resteraunt not ran by hotel so no access for hotel guests, and no shuttle as advertised by Expedia. I stayed with my sister who loved this hotel. I have to be honest for future travelers, the cost was $325 Euros and I felt that we could have gotten a comparable hotel for much less with more amenities.

Room was clean, breakfast was good, staff were very nice. However, the soundproofing between rooms was lacking.

This hotel is in the perfect location, close to many attractions and right next to the metro station so getting to and from the train station or airport is very easy. The rooms we clean and spacious and so was the bathroom. I strongly suggest booking the breakfast - it is wonderful.

The hotel was in a great location. ALL the staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was just lovely with lots of choice to get you going in the morning. The staff at the breakfast was also excellent and friendly every morning. An excellent stay all round and highly recommend this hotel. My only complaint was there was no fridge in our suite. An inconvenience.

Room cleaning could have been more thorough. Bed sheets were dirty. Staff was attentive and nice, location is great. Upgrade to a balcony room was amazing.

Our room was beautiful, clean and the location is perfect. It is close to everything. The breakfast is the best we ever hade. Delicious!

Staff were courteous & helpful. Small sleeping & bath areas. Simple, but tastefully furnished areas.Loved having rooftop restaurant & bar in the same building as the hotel.

Fantastic location, stunning rooms on the front with balcony looking straight down the streets and square, great roof top bar for afternoon cocktails, very nice staff, would highly recommend this hotel

Clean room, lovely staff and excellent location.

Ett lite mindre hotell som ligger perfekt med närhet till metro, bussar (flygplatsbussen stannar 100 m ifrån) och Placa Catalonya. Väldigt trevlig personal och fräsch frukost, bonus att man kan sitta ute på takterrassen. Rummet litet men bra med sköna sängar och stor dusch. Ett litet minus för den fyrkantiga toalettstolen som inte alls var kompatibel med min runda rumpa ;-) samt att jag saknade krokar i hallen. Kan varmt rekommendera Casa Luz.
