The place is not clean and found roaches on the front door of the room . The Ac dont work . Tv not working clear picture.

The location is good, but the rooms and the furniture are very old.

Nice centrally located hotel, would stay again if price is right.

Staff is very polite, service is very helpful and lovely environment. Recommended!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. However the room was outdated, especially the bathroom. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. There was damp on the ceiling. The toilet seat was broken , you’re not able to lift it without it falling.

it was quite basic as expected but the room was not properly cleaned, the bin was not emptied and I had to go to reception twice to get Tissue papers, a Floor mat, a Towel and Soap the room attendance didn't drop any before I checked in. The breakfast was OK. The receptionist was friendly. The lift gives this initial and final bump.

I stayed for one night. I booked only the standard room. Hotel definitely needs an upgrade. It is very old and run down. Furniture, carpet, bathroom faucets, sink , bathtub. Bidet was shaky when I tried to use it. Ceiling in bathroom has mold and looks like it’s coming down any minute. Didn’t feel like taking a shh he Kerr the next morning. Mattress was firm, but blankets looked d and used

Free breakfast and location were the only positives. The room was terrible. Broken furniture, part of a couch missing. No sheets on pillows. Bed was hard as a rock. Shower head was broken. Only given one towel. Requested more towels twice and never received them. Rooms definitely need an upgrade. Sheets and blanket felt like there weren’t washed.

The location is in good area. Tram is walkable and the shopping , stores and mall are nearby. Have good restaurants around. The lobby and cafeteria are newly renovated but the rooms are old and not clean. Rooms need to renovated , very old and not clean!!

Sono arrivato in hotel la notte successiva a quella prenotata, a causa di un problema durante il viaggio di andata e non mi hanno accettato la prenotazione. Nonostante avessi pagato l’intero soggiorno, perché arrivato il giorno dopo quindi non avendo neanche soggiornato il primo giorno, ho dovuto pagare l’intera cifra senza avere avuto una stanza. Ho chiesto il rimborso ma non ho ricevuto risposta.
