The staff were friendly and very helpful during check-in. A bonfire was provided in the evening. Unfortunately, the parking lot access was very muddy. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The hotel staff was very friendly, especially Ms. Freda. I'd also like to suggest providing towels for the bathrooms.

The place is very beautiful and comfortable, my kids really like it and enjoy their holiday, thank you JV's Cloud 🙏🥰

The staff might be a bit slow to respond, but it's still okay. The place and view are highly recommended and worth it. Unfortunately, it was raining when I was there, so the view was obscured by fog. A few criticisms and suggestions: 1. The water heater isn't working, and this could be fixed in the future. 2. The drain pipe in the sink has a slight leak and water is spilling out. Perhaps it could be patched. 3. A small addition: just a cleaning cloth, otherwise, it's okay.

Safe, comfortable, and peaceful. Definitely recommended. The place is serene, and the view is beautiful.
