Great customer service. Very clean. Close to everything.

Awesome place! Will stay again!

All of the staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful (without being intrusive). The building is attractive and very well maintained and furnished. The pool is nice to hang around but not big enough for swimming. My room while not huge was very comfortable and the bathroom seemed renovated recently and was a real highlight - roomy and a nice shower. And the included breakfast was generous. All in all, a very pleasant stay. I would recommend.

Everyone was always pleasant and helpful. We were there for Labor Day Weekend to get Married. When we got back to our room after the wedding Roman had a bottle of champagne and a card with a had written note waiting for us. As we left the next day everyone was very happy for us. We couldn't have asked for a better place or group of people to have chosen to spend such a memorable occasion with. Thank you all!!

From arrival through departure our stay at Alexander’s Guest House was amazing! We felt like we were staying with the most thoughtful friends. Breakfast was superb, a variety of choices and always fresh fruit and delicious coffee. The pool temperature was perfect, cool enough to be refreshing and not so cool as to be shocking. We enjoyed the nightly happy hours too. Our room was clean and well furnished, we loved the daybed! A special thank you to Tim who helped us book a sunset cruise and delicious dinner at Latitude!

Great friendly staff!

We had a wonderful long weekend! The room was beautiful and the whole guesthouse has great warmth and style. We loved the pool area and the complimentary breakfast and happy hours—it was a great way to meet other guests and get good tips for things to do while we were in Key West. Can’t recommend this place more highly!

The room was beautiful. The staff were all so welcoming and kind, always there to answer any questions you might have. They were very knowledgeable on the local amenities and tourist attractions. I highly recommend thus guesthouse. I will be going back

Staff was more than welcoming and helpful. As a lesbian couple, we were comfortable there. Pool open all night. Happy hour and breakfast every morning was fantastic. Great place to stay.

Wonderful staff, great follow guests, amazing atmosphere and a lovely breakfast. If you struggle with mobility, I would avoid the higher rooms. Those same rooms don’t have a full enclosed bathroom either so be sure you’re happy with that.

Excellent escape. Staff was welcoming and wonderful for the duration of our time there. We left feeling rested and relaxed.

Absolutely wonderful destination fir a relaxing stay while in Key West. Can not say enough about the great staff— friendly, helpful, just happy to be working here. They could not be more accommodating!! Add to that complimentary wine in your room, daily happy hours by the pool, and full service cooked breakfasts that easily saves you hundreds of dollars on a 4- day stay. Can not give this place enough praise. We are already planning a return trip.
