Comfortable, friendly, strategic hotel, in front of Lippo Plaza Mall.

I stayed for 4 nights, 2 rooms. At first, when I checked in, the AC button was broken, and I reported it, and it was fixed. However, when I came back at night after being around Kuta, the door keys had a problem, and I had to go down twice to get it fixed. After it was fixed, another problem occurred: the AC was hot. This problem happened again the next day. For me, it's terrible, very bad, and disappointed me very much. What I got in this hotel was not equal to the price. Please review it.

Very comfortable and strategic to the beach.

The room was cramped, and staying on the 8th floor was truly terrifying. The atmosphere in the room put us in a bad mood. I don't know why the room was so hot, but it wasn't because of the AC. The AC was cold, but we had to check out early because the air in the room was so uncomfortable.

Overall it was very comfortable, but the mattress was a bit hard in my opinion. Thank you.
