The hotel is nice and strategic, only yesterday there was a slight problem with parking, because it was being renovated, but the security was very helpful in providing car parking.

The Horison group is the safest choice. Horison Kuta's building is better maintained than Horison Le Aman in Jimbaran. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Staying in Bali, recently asked for help checking in even though I only had an hour to stay, it wasn't allowed, it really wasn't allowed, even though all this time in Bali, early check-in was only possible at this hotel, then they themselves said it had to be at 2, I arrived at 2:30 PM and still had to wait with the excuse that the room was still being cleaned even though we wanted to rest because we had traveled for 13 hours, an hour had passed without any explanation and when we got to the hotel we still had to wait again, when we entered the room the room was dark only the hallway was lit, and there was no parking because of the parking lot maintenance, so we had to park at Lipo Mall and had to pay 15,000 for parking while I was here for 3 nights, this morning I asked for eggs for breakfast and was asked how many people should be in the room.

A great time staying at this hotel. Recommended, it's very close to the Airport and close to the beach.
