1. The check-in lobby and the Cove lobby are separate. They're located on P3, so you have to walk through the parking lot to get to the check-in lobby. If you're bringing luggage, you have to drag it back and forth.
2. After checking in, you have to carry your luggage to the Cove lobby (it's on a different floor, and you have to drag it through the parking lot to the elevator).
3. There's no signal at all, you can only rely on Cove's Wi-Fi.
4. The power went out while I was using my hair dryer, and the engineering staff wasn't on standby, so I had to wait for them.
5. The Cove pool looks long, but it's actually shallow, making it uncomfortable for swimming.
6. If you come home late at night, there's no one on standby, so finding the Cove lobby is a bit confusing (there's a hotel and serviced apartments here too).
7. The elevator is incredibly slow, even though I'm on the 35th floor, and I have to go through the parking lot and two other elevators. It took me about 5-8 minutes to get from my room to the ground floor.
8. When checking out, you have to go down again to bring your suitcase to the check-in lobby. (So from your room you go down to the Cove lobby, then down again to the check-in lobby, then down again to the ground floor).
