Check in took a very long time while I waited at the desk for the receptionist to come, even after she was called by the gate guard several times. It took about 30 minutes of me standing by an empty desk until she came. After being checked in I was taken to my shared dorm room and that’s it. She left before I could ask where the toilets, showers or any other amenities were. The walls in the room were also dirty and had visible mold. The bed itself was clean and the bathrooms were clean but I wouldn’t return.

Nosotros teníamos una reservación para 2 personas y salimos a visitar la ciudad y cuando volvimos al hotel nos habían empacado todo en nuestras maletas porque ellos habían sobre vendido el hotel, y no nos dieron una solución.

Hay oportunidades de mejorara en limpieza en ciertos aspectos y el agua caliente muy limitada. Por lo demas muy bien y tranquilo Muy ameno el staff

Pretty basic but it has everything you need. The staff is very nice and helpful. Kitchen is shared but not crowded. 3 min walk to a major supermarket, 8 min walk to chipanchingo subway station, 5 min walk to a bus stop, location convenient to take the public transit. The area seems safe. The hostel is maintained well and clean. But no towels provided, so remember to bring your own towel. Also, the shower of one of the ladies washroom has not much hot water, have to use the other one. The price is very good, so based on the price, it is a good stay, will come back. Recommended.

Staff were lovely but the place was a little rustic. You get what you pay for.

Never had hot water, not enough towels, unpolite receptionists, unpleasant guy that worked there spoke unpolitely to a guest, te upper beds in dorms were difficult to climb. Low ceilling, no silverware or lockers to leave food, not enough lockers in dorms. Good location, tianguis on Saturdays, comfortable beds and pricate rooms.

Room was perfect. Inexpensive. Kind staff. A Little dark and bathrooms were dingy. Also cold at night without any way to heat up the room.

Nice guy from the staff. Rooms could be a little bigger or best distributed; they felt a little tight. But ok overall.

This place is a complete.dive. We were there for a week and never slept one night and it was dirty, no towels or hot water. The place has paper thin walls and they allow the guests to be loud all night The pictures are nothing like the place actually is. Our bed was a high bunk bed that was broken. I requested a refund and I hope they give it. The only good thing about the place is the staff were nice.

Staff were great and let me know when my bag (delayed on flight) was delivered. The room was small but had everything I needed and the area was easy to walk to different spots from or catch an uber to those further away

El precio creo que fue lo mejor, pero fuera de eso pues estaba algo raro, tenías que tocar siempre que llegabas para que te abrieran la entrada, ya que no te podían dar llave de la puerta, en cuanto a la llave de la habitación, tenías que dejar una ID para que te la pudieran entregar, lo cual no me pareció, aunque nos dieron la opción de dejar las llaves cada que saliéramos y después pedirlas al regresar, aunque era incómodo molestar siempre por eso. Darle más limpieza a los baños y las piedras que están en el patio, hacen mucho ruido cada que caminas. No me volvería a quedar ahí, pero otra vez, el precio no estaba nada mal, por eso 3 estrellas.

The personnel was nice, although I wasn't given a good introduction on the practicalities. The location is pretty and quiet. However, my room was so cold as there was no heating and the doors were not isolated. Also, the hostel does not offer toilet paper in the room toilet.
