The hotel staff is always friendly. I've been here several times and it's the most comfortable place to heal from the noise of the outside world. It's comfortable, still beautiful, and quiet enough for me as an introvert. There's a playground and a swimming pool too. Overall, it's the best. I'll be coming back often to calm my mind from the outside world.

The check-in process was quick and didn't take long. Access was via card and key. The hotel/apartment area was clean. The room was clean. The AC had a slight musty smell, but it went away after a while.

Overall it's good, but if you're looking for a hotel that's really close to the airport, try to pay attention to the flight because the road to this hotel is on a busy and crowded road.

I first arrived at around 1:30 PM WIB and the check-in lobby was completely empty, so I had to wait a long time. The area was very quiet. - Second, manual check-in via the barcode requested on the Cove website. - Third, early check-in was impossible even 30 minutes before check-in time, even though I had been asked to complete manual check-in via the website by re-entering my details. If I wanted to check in before 2:00 PM, I would be charged 100,000 Rupiah per hour. However, if I wanted early check-in 30 minutes before 2:00 PM, I could only pay 50,000 Rupiah. - Fourth, I booked a room for 3 people (2 adults and 1 child) as per my booking on Traveloka, but I was asked for an additional fee. When I told them to check my booking, the staff immediately remained silent. - Fifth, the room number provided on the Cove website differed from the key provided. According to the Traveloka booking information, the room size was 36 square meters, but in reality, I was given a room 26 square meters. When I checked out, there was no one in the lobby at all, so I was confused about where to look. After calling the phone number provided at check-in, the response took a long time.

The wifi is not that good, if the facilities are okay, there is an additional 100,000/person apparently, because the maximum room is for 2 people
