Nice place, but lots of flies.

The sheets were dirty, like they hadn't been washed, and to be honest, I was so itchy that I'm still covered in hives since I got home from Kintamani. There were so many flies. The room was clean, but there were a lot of insects getting in. The facilities were pretty good for the price. The food was also delicious. The only thing that put me in a bad mood was not being able to move even though I had already informed them that I wanted to go back to my original order at the end.

The hotel is clean, the bathroom is also clean, nice, and well-maintained. It's very comfortable, the staff are very kind and quick, it's amazing, the view is also that beautiful... and there's a hot water pool.
