We were staying only one night for attending an event. The staff are all friendly and quite attentive. The process of check-in and check-out are quick. Although our deluxe type room is considered small, the cleanliness is good. The minus points are the variation of dishes in the restaurant is not much, also the fried rice was too oily and the meat in the fried rice and Buntut Soup not tender enough to be eaten.

Overall I like the view and room, but I found many small animals (I don’t know the exact name), they seem like ants but can fly. The room was good. And the important thing for me: the pool is open until 10 PM.

All things are good. I hope for more variety for breakfast.

For the breakfast menu, I hope there's more variety. The food still lacks flavor. Also, yesterday when I entered my room, there were still notes written on the glass that hadn't been cleaned. Please pay more attention in the future.

I was really surprised that the room was super clean and comfortable. Housekeeping also went around to make sure the amenities were perfect, not finding a single speck of dust in any inconspicuous area! Good job to the housekeeping at Citadines Antasari. I really appreciate it, because the most important thing when staying with children is the cleanliness of the room.

The food was awful for me. The fried rice was oily, the fried squid was also oily and tough, the fried food was also oily and not crispy. The a la carte meal at the restaurant was the same, and the orange juice was bitter. The staff were very helpful, but the food was not very impressive. Hopefully, it will improve in the future.

The room and swimming pool weren't quite as large as I expected. Even though the hotel is newly built, the soundproofing is a concern; I could clearly hear the traffic from the highway toll road across the street. Additionally, the breakfast selection didn't really stand out.

Nice, clean, fragrant. Complete and okay facilities, the location is also very good. Unfortunately, the request to arrange for a birthday surprise was not fulfilled, and the bed was written on the app that we would get a king bed, but it turned out we got two twin beds combined (the middle one was hard so it was less comfortable) which is different from a king bed. I only realized this in the morning, so I guess it was too late.

This hotel is very comfortable, I deliberately looked for a kid-friendly hotel because I was bringing children. The kids were happy to have their staycation here, even swimming twice in the afternoon and morning, and also playing in the playground. But unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the mini theater because it was fully booked (so if you want to enjoy all the facilities, you must book in advance). Overall, I liked this hotel. Thank you.

It looks like an apartment converted into a hotel, but the rooms are clean, and there's a free mini-theater you can book upon check-in. The swimming pool is clean and open until 10:00 PM.
