I'm so sorry, this stay was really disappointing, really. I stayed at 903, how come the TV internet didn't work? We stayed overnight just watching the news even though we deliberately spent more money to come here, usually it's really nice, but this incident made me reluctant to come here again. I've reported it to FL too but the technician didn't help, he said to try it periodically. No apology from them either. And the soap dispenser was leaking too... Sigh

From the beginning of check in, we were not given towels, we asked for towels at 7 pm and were only given towels at 1 am, with the excuse that the towels were still being sent from the laundry, no solution was given, we were only told to wait for the towels from the laundry to arrive. So bad

Strategic location near Cikini Station, easy access, clean rooms. Only downsides: no bottled water available in the room, had to use the dispenser outside. The AC is positioned too far towards the person sleeping on the bed. Needs to be adjusted for comfort.

Check-in was easy and smooth, the location is strategic, it's quite clean, the bed is still good, the pillows are double, the Smart TV is okay, and the Wi-Fi signal is quite good. Overall, it's okay 👍
