Everything was just as described. SUPER clean room. No elevator and no ice machine. But super comfortable and friendly staff. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel itself is a total win—clean, super comfortable, and in a spot that makes getting around incredibly easy. It’s got that perfect balance of being a relaxing home base while still being close to all the action. Shout out to Alejandro and Luis at the reception , very polite and professional .

I found 2 situations: first there are any glass of water for 2 persons per day as all hotels provided them. 2nd the courtain plastic at the bathroom fall down twice as it can be dangerous for children or elderly persons (the system is dangerous/insecure)

Necesita un poco más de limpieza en sus pisos. Y en el sillón que se hace cama, estaban las sábanas sucias. La bienvenida fue estupenda. El chico de recepción nos atendió muy bien.

Theater in the shower was hard to get the right temperature, not water came and went in cycles.

This hotel was exactly what was described on the website. Everyone of the staff I encountered was very friendly. The check in and check out process were very simple. I always had a parking spot and the location was exactly where I was wanting it to be, right in between playa hermosa and playa Pacifica!

I had an incredible stay at Beach House Hotel in Ensenada, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. Alejandro, the staff member who took care of me during my stay, truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His hospitality and attention to detail made the experience unforgettable. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It felt like a home away from home. Whether you're here for a relaxing vacation or an adventurous getaway, this place has it all. Thank you to Alejandro and the entire team for making my stay so special. I can't wait to return to Beach House Hotel on my next trip to Ensenada!

This was my second time staying here and both times the staff were SO kind and helpful. The first time I came alone, but this time I came for a whole week with my three boys and it was perfect. I can't thank them all enough, but Luis was especially helpful a few nights. He even gleefully went out in the rain to turn on the hot tub for us crazies who wanted to sit in the tub during the downpour. This hotel has room option with kitchenetts and is located walking distance (6-10 minutes)from a grocery store which makes picking up breakfast supplies for the whole week cheap and easy. They have a little cafe in their front office that offers great coffee and chai, but don't count on it for a hearty breakfast. (They only have sandwiches) They are a 20 minute walk from a gorgeous beach with a skatepark too (or you can easily use the Didi app to get a cheap ride in less than 5 minutes most of the time!) and many, many restaurants!

Very nice, bright, quiet, comfortable place with living room and kitchen. Location was near convenience stores, restaurants and music. Just a block and a half from the main street along the ocean.
