It is the tropics, so very warm! We had a hard time sleeping because the fans were insufficient in cooling down the bungalow. It would have been nice to have a window AC unit and blackout curtains to block the afternoon sun. However, the views are amazing and the breakfast was good. The location is convenient and they provide transportation from the airport to the bungalows. The staff was very helpful with suggestions for a guide, which was needed to enter the sites and helped us purchase the park tickets.

Nice bungalows, good cleaning and staff generally very friendly and helpful. Good location near central Huanga Roa. The only issue was that it took a while for the hot water to show up, otherwise a very nice place to stay on Rapa Nui.

This hotel offers a great location with beautiful views and a very comfortable stay. The staff and owner are extremely helpful, assisting with booking tours and shows, which makes planning effortless. Restaurants, shops, and the tourist office are all within walking distance—especially convenient since taxis or Uber don’t seem to be available. A nice bonus is the complimentary airport transfer both ways. Breakfast is provided by the restaurant next door; it’s a set menu rather than à la carte, but still convenient. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

The floors were still dirty after service. We were t alerted to “possible” cocksroaches until hours after check in. When we told the front desk we had killed 3-4 already they just said “it’s an island and we can’t always provide your first world recommendations.”
