Cons:
- No waiter. You have to know Japanese. I'm lucky because I met really nice guys who helped me out (he speaks English very well). Thank you so much!
- No way to contact the owner to get the key.
- No hotel sign (like a normal apartment).
- The owner rarely responds, not active. (My experience) You really should rent a hotel with a waiter if this is your first time in Japan.
- Pricey, but good local. There are people willing to help, but you have to know Japanese.
- Weird noise sometimes.
Pros:
- Very clean. Have a kitchen, laundry machine.
- Feel like you live in Japan as a citizen.
- The atmosphere is good.
