Clean room, breakfast and big parking, friendly staff

Nice place to stay for few days, close to shopping area and border

This place is very close to shopping area and friendship bridge. The area is very quiet. Staffs are incredible. They speak very little English but they really try to answer the questions. Car parking is great

Superb experience. Room was clean, and staff was courteous.

The room pics are totally false advertising!!! Staff was rude and condescending, right after checking I was giving one room key that looks like a mailbox key, I asked if they had an additional key, they say absolutely refused! It’s not hotel policy, parking was inside, however they asked for cars keys to stay at the front desk in case they have to move the car??!!! It’s the rules of the property, then they are not responsible for any lost or stolen item in the car or if a car gets damaged in the property, went to the room and the door wasn’t locked nor it could be locked, door looked like someone vandalized the room has a huge hole in the door the went to the other side covered with paper, door couldn’t be closed or locked, did not feel safe at at all, requested another room because of not feeling safe there 3 women not being able to close door even, tiny bathroom and very old and dirty and dingy, totally not what I was accustomed too with hotels.com thus was a nightmare place!! Checked out and was charged anyway not to mention I had to look for a new hotel, this was insanely unsafe, dangerous and dirty.

My one bed room was small. Small bathroom and sink. Breakfast was okay, fruit, pastries, scrambled eggs, sliced cold cut meats, cereals, milk, coffee, tea, orange juice. Check in and out was easy.

Poor conditions

The TV is to complicate to use and dasnt work ,waiting for technician and never came

Agua demora para esquentar no banho, lencol rasgado, estrutura antiga.

Chegamos no hotel e nossa reserva não estava registrada. Precisamos comprovar a reserva feita pelo hotéis.com para podermos ser acomodados. Quarto muito pequeno e o banheiro fedia. Café da manhã razoável. Estadia desconfortável!

Quartos limpos, bom café da manhã.

Tudo perfeito. Fomos muito bem recebidos, a equipe do hotel extremamente atenciosos e prestativos. Um café da manhã maravilhoso, com uma variedade de doces, um pão fresquinho, croasant doces e salgados. Quarto limpo, roupas de cama e banho cheirosas, o banho quentinho e o ar condicionado Ok.

Não entrega o que oferece, quartos sem janelas para a rua, existe interna com vista para um corredor, um horror, som e TV ligada dos vizinhos a noite toda, colaborador que estava na reserva mal educado, café da manhã com alimentos velhos, não recomendo. Fuja

O quarto era gigante, muito bom... travesseiros e cobertas ok. Banheiro ok. Café da manha deixa a desejar. Localização mais ou menos.

Pouco atendimento, nada maleáveis se você tiver algum imprevisto e precisar negociar horário ou um dia que seja.

Excelente localização e instalações

Local limpo, funcionários educados, quarto aconchegante. Voltarei novamente.
