Feels like you are truly in a trendy apartment in CDMX. There is no elevator, so keep that in mind, but there is a cool stairway right in the center. My room was small, but cozy and quiet, had everything I needed. Rooftop lounge and gym were great, and you could even do laundry up there! Location is great, very walkable and close to many parks and restaurants. I didn’t hang out too late, But the surrounding area was pretty safe. If you like to feel like you are living in Mexico City, and not want to spend a lot of money, this is the spot!

Overall an excellent stay. The location is truly excellent, on a really nice street. There is a great little place to eat across the street for lunch, lots of nice coffee shops, street food, restaurants walking distance and also close to public transportation. The hotel was clean, the bed very comfortable and the staff so so kind and welcoming. I would stay again however I would ask for a room that was not on the first floor as this floor was quite noisy at times. Also our room did not have a window and while this would have been ok for a stay of a couple of days we were there for a week and really missed having a view of the outside world.

This hotel was very clean, my room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. I really like the location too. It was walking distance to great restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is cute & in a great accessible location. Walking distance to restaurants. The room itself was nice but needs a few upgrades. The AC did not work but the staff was helpful to provide a fan for our stay. The bathroom shower glass doors are positioned awkwardly and can easily come off track. Overall, would recommend staying here!

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Great location for walking to many amazing restaurants. Our room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately our air conditioning didn’t work, but we also didn’t say anything - so that was our fault. No elevator - which is totally fine, just including in case someone may have mobility issues. Really great value for the price.

The staff is very friendly! I also love that I could bring my little dog with me. The room was very comfortable and very clean. I truly had a comfortable stay. The location is also great because I was able to walk everywhere and the area had many and different dining options.

Incredible Mexico City Hotel! 10/10 experience - the staff were the kindest and most dedicated; the hotel itself was impeccable and clean; the location was ideal: close to all the action in Roma Norte and La Condesa. We truly had the best time and Uliv Roma Norte was a big reason for that!

A brilliant place in an excellent location.

Good value, good location. Modern and clean but also no frills- no elevator; no housekeeping included etc. Staff was very friendly. Could hear other guests at night (ear plugs provided) and many rooms have no windows, but still nicer than average for a budget stay.

Very clean and modern. The room was on the small side but for a short stay it was fine. Great location. There was an on site security person who was very nice. Easiest check-in in my life. Why can't they all be that easy. I would definitely stay there again.

I had such a great experience staying at ULIV Roma Norte. From the moment I arrived, everything felt seamless and well thought out. The space itself was stylish, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the neighborhood. A special thank you to Erwin and the team—they truly made the stay exceptional. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to find a place that balances design, comfort, and service this well. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mexico City.
