The outside door was always open, the digital lock to the door leading up to the residence was broken so I only had my flimsy room door between myself and the street while the neighborhood did not reallyseem safe. Common bathrooms were filthy, Wi-Fi didnt work and the owners did not respond when I contacted them. There was also rotten meat in the fridge and people sleeping in the lobby

The bedsheets were not clean, lots of hairs from previous guests on them. The room smelt of mold.

Nice, clean room in convenient location. Access all electronic (though front door lock still not functioning-we were woken by some folks who were unable to get in) Thus worked fine for us but I wonder if there is an issue who you would speak to. We left a message on our first day but no one called us back.

At some point the residence is nice, with comfy bed and well-equipped kitchen, I would say this part is above average. In the pricey Vienna, they provide an affordable price with the convenient location. However, the service is far below standard. The host has never replied any single message (until now). When we arrive earlier than check-in time, they didn't reply whether we can store the luggage or not. After we check-in, they didn't provide any information of the wifi, the same issue happens to other guests as well. Toilet paper was never replaced throughout our stay, and the worst part is the broken door handle of bathroom, but the host seems didn't care about it. I was locked in the bathroom after taking the shower!

Local muito bom. Limpeza impecável, agradável e aquecido. Silencioso e organizado. Internet bem rápida também. 9,5 apenas pela localização, pois é distante do centro., voltaria com certeza
