I was given the wrong room number for my code and was at a loss for what to do. It was after midnight when I arrived. Another guest fortunately helped me and called someone and thank god for that man. My messages through the app were and still never returned. I also requested my room be left alone, put up the do not disturb sign on my door, but I came back one afternoon and my window had been opened.

The room was fine near a bus stop a 20 minute walk to the city. Got there early only to see the previous occupants. Wait for a cab. Take the six suitcases out of the room and there are three cats. I’m allergic to cats.

Property signage was absent on our check-in day.

Everything was spot on - Easy to access

Nice clean room, and very helpful when I couldn’t get into the apartment block.
