Room was ok, complete amenities, enough for what I needed. Great location.

Dirty, needing lots of repairs. Unable to sleep all night between the road noise, people walking right past the door and the noise from the plumbing. These are converted industrial units right on the main road where everything has been done as cheaply as possible. Worst place I ever stayed. 2 blocks to the free parking which isn’t free, host are rude when they finally answer communications. Avoid at all costs

The studio was clean and well stocked. It's fairly small, but very cozy. We booked last minute and they were able to even accommodate an early check in. Excellent communication. Location is great.

The air conditioner was amazing. The spot is great for easy access to lots of great areas of sightseeing and you can take a Red bus to tour the Valencia spots. Great amenities and awesome neighborhood to eat out.

Property was perfect, outside the city centre so it’s quiet but there’s a tram station across the street so it’s very easy to accept the city. 2 tram stops away from the aquarium. Property was in perfect condition, I would definitely stay there again.

Value for money is good. Mattresses weren't comfy at all. Parking was a challenge and i had to park couple blocks away. Room was freshly renovated and very cozy but it's not a 1 bedroom apartment - it's a tiny studio converted from a commercial unit with direct exit to the noisy street. Location is amazing and 10min of driving to the city center and 5 min walk to the mall.

Lovely place

Good location. Nice apartment with kitchen. There is a mall very close and the tram to valencia is about 100m away. Only big negative is that the bed is hard as a rock. It would really need a mattress pad. I would propbably book another place next time only due to the bed.

Eine tolles und bestens eingerichtetes Appartement. Alles vor Ort. Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder dabei und waren dank des super Fahrradwegnetzes sehr schnell an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten.
