The apartment itself is pretty and in a nice and quick area. You have a supermarket very close by and some other places you can go to get food. The instructions and self check-in are very convenient but I tried to contact customer support through their portal and it was impossible. They claimed it not AI responding to your messages but it clearly was. It was such a waste of time. Basically the shower head wasn’t attached to the wall I guess because the bracket or the piece that holds it broke so taking a shower was very difficult trying to hold the shower head with one hand and doing everything else with the other hand. It was annoying. We couldn’t find the clothes iron anywhere and they need to provide with more shampoo and shower gel of better quality and maybe more towels? The washing machine and the hair dryer were amazing. We didn’t use the dishwasher but it’s great to have one just in case you need it. I slept on the sofa bed and it’s not amazingly comfortable but it does the job. I suggest to change the rug in the living room. It does leave some fibers on your socks or your clothes (if you sit on the floor) that feels itchy. Overall the apartment is cool but these recommendations would definitely help to improve the guests stay.

The apartment is in a large apartment block with an electronic four digit code to enter the block. As people are frequently coming and going it is easy to access the block with no access code. We were there 5 nights and on one night, a man was wondering around inside the block waving in the window as we had breakfast (apartment on ground floor). On another night a fast-food delivery man asked us to allow him out of the block as he was not able to find his was out. The room itself has an electronic code for access, the same code as the code to enter the whole apartment block. You cannot lock the room from inside. In summary the security is non-existent within the apartment block or the apartment itself. ... On our second day the dish washer would not work, we contacted the "on-line host". The dish washer was not fixed during our stay. ... We stayed 5 nights, you are provided with one dishwasher tablet, one washing machine tablet, and two towels (for two people) for the total stay.

Nice central location to Madrid with lots of transportation nearby. The staff were helpful and the rooms were clean and put together.

The place was just immaculate. The room was clean. It was easy to access. It was in a very quiet neighborhood. Our stay here for the weekend was great. It is a bit far from the main sites in Madrid but nothing an Uber couldn't handle.

Un' ottima sistemazione, facilmente raggiungibile, ben attrezzata e conforme a quanto presente sul sito.

Appartement agréable et propre. Système de check in et check out pratique une fois compris (il m'a fallu plusieurs échanges avant d'avoir ttes les infos). Bien équipé, manque juste qq détails (éponge, torchon par ex).

Very wel located en equipped apartment for your stay in Madrid. A bit complicated to find. And they use their own online platform which make it some what complicated as you have to make a new agreement with them their. There they ask a fee for cleaning but finally it seems to be included in the Expedia price.
