Excelente

The property is OK, but on the rooms you won't even find a hand soap or a shampoo. The cookware is really basic.

Great quiet location. 10 minutes from beach. Friendly reception. The beds were comfy. We were offered discounts at roof top restaurant at sister's hotel. Nice view but meal was so salty, nor able to eat. Would not recommend. Arranged tour of 3 islands for us, was very nice.

Pretty garden. Toilet didn't work, even after we reported it- no response. Windows on ground floor didn't lock. No hooks in the room to hang stuff, travel bag, wet bathing suits, and no clothes line. Spacious room with kitchen. Nice staff. Poor email communication. Located close to town center and dining.

You do not need a hotel by the beach that you thought you wanted or needed. El Jardin is the perfect location ; few minutes away from the beach and el Centro. Los tres amigos, as I call them; our three main people at the reception will go out their way for all your needs . The owner himself is at the image of what El Jardin has to offer. Loved it and will miss it.

Beds extremely comfortable; staff exceptionally friendly. Showers were the best: really great water pressure and luxurious hot water! The location was perfect ... just off the main road so it was nice and quiet but within walking distance of everything.

Aufenthalt März 24; leider war der Safe defekt und kein Ersatz vorhanden, Ventilator im Schlafzimmer veraltet (zu lauf für Nachtbetrieb), freundliche Mitarbeiter, Gute Lage zum Zentrum und Strand, Mini-Pool vorhanden, aber nicht genutzt. Küche war zu dürftig ausgestattet für die Selbstversorgung.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen,so dass kulinarisch alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar ist.Die Mitarbeitenden waren in allem sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Wir fanden es insgesamt in Ordnung. Leider war die Küche überhaupt gar nicht sauber. Als wir am ersten Abend kochen wollten, durften wir alles nochmals spülen, weil wirklich alles dreckig war und sogar noch Apfelreste in der Küche zu finden waren. Wir haben uns daraufhin sofort über den WhatsApp Kontakt beschwert, woraufhin sich dort lediglich kurz entschuldigt wurde. Mehr kam da nicht, kein Angebot zur erneuten Reinigung, einem Zimmererwechsel oder eine anderweitige Entschädigung. Im Zimmer fehlten dann auch noch Kopfkissen. Der Kontakt mit dem Hotel war ansonsten immer freundlich. Die Türen im Zimmer fliegen bereits auseinander. Die Klimaanlage war für unseren Geschmack immer zu stark, aber sie funktioniert.

Esta muy céntrica, puedes ir caminando a la playa y al centro.

La tranquilidad y cercania con los servicios

Holbox est une île qui parait à la mode car les tarifs pratiqués sont élevés. Le prix initial à 170 € la nuit rabaissé heureusement à 50%

Excelente lugar, limpio, amplio y super accesible a playa, atención de primera, el unico detalle es que la señal de wifi no tenia alcance a la habitación.

Muy agradable y práctica

Una estancia agradable, el personal muy amable, instalaciones bonitas. Como áreas dé oportunidad sugiero: Limpieza profunda en áreas comunes Mayor supervisión en la operación en general. Mejorar la señal televisiva Instalación de accesorios para área de regadera (jabonera, colgador para ropa o toalla)

Se descompuso la bomba del agua y obvio no había agua ni para el baño
