Nice layout and kind staff. Cleaning crews are always around and busy. Good location in centro historico CDMX.

Place was overbooked, had to wait about 3 hours for them to solve the issue. They ended up goving me a room in another location. The pictures do not match at all. Expedia shouldnreview this.

Bed bugs

The room seems okay condition but a bit narrow. The bed is cozy but a bit hard. Shower room is a bit far away from the room so is a bit inconvenient.

Good location. I do not like that there is only one flat sheet for the bed with no fitted sheet. There’s a rough blanket that was on the bed that is not conducive with sleeping without a sheet against it. If they have such an issue with providing a fitted sheet for the mattress as well as a flat sheet, they should charge a deposit for an additional sheet. The bathroom signage should be more clear for male and female, as well as the front desk person giving clear instructions at check-in as to where the guest’s intended bathroom is located. Overall, it’s a decent hostel besides those issues. Would I stay here again if a I didn’t have to, no. Is it a good price for what it is? Yes.

What a great place to stay. Good matress,i love the shower with water presurre,AND the staff aré all nice people. Worth every penny!

My favorite hostel in the city so far. They need a second fridge badly, way too many guests for one fridge. Bathroom shower needs hooks for clothes and towels and mats for the floor which is a small lake, my only complaints.

Staff was very friendly and helpful when I had questions. They stored my luggage as I decided to visit a nearby town. The room next to the street can get very noise at night and weekends. Restroom cleaning can improved by doing a daily deep clean because there were a lot of folks staying. But also guest should clean after themselves to keep the restrooms clean.

My stay was fine. The beds were standard comfy and had the usual spot for your chargers and the lockers were big. I felt safe at the hostel but the cleaning and showers - omg. Never seen so much hair and stains in toilets! I saw cleaners frequently but the bathrooms were always disgusting! There were no bins in the showers or by the sinks so people left their contacts, floss and rubbish everywhere! The showers were designed by an idiot. The doors didn’t close and the shower heads couldn’t be adjusted enough so the entire room flooded every time and the tiles weren’t laid so the water could flow to the drain. I’m talking inches of water covering the entire floor. Every time. I slipped twice. And there was no where to put your toiletries and room key to be kept dry during your shower! The kitchen and fridge were disgusting. Mould in the fridge and freezer and the kitchen was dirty. Also the social areas kinda sucked. The wifi was great though. In a pinch, this hostel is fine for a few days but I wouldn’t recommend.

Habitación limpia, baños y regaderas limpios. Fui en temporada baja y todo estuvo muy bien. Habitación exclusiva para mujeres excelente. Huele a limpio
