great location and facilities

This hostel is planned and professionally built to be a proper hostel. It is very central. Just the opposite to the ADO bus terminal, from where anyone can access into the hostel in 5 minutes, and to get the airport shuttle bus or to get the bus for Chichen Itza. Rooms are air conditioned. Best thing is all rooms have their own separate toilet and bathroom. The have very good community area , well equipped kitchen and a roof top swimming pool. Within 30 metres there is a MacDonalds and a Chinese restaurant runs till late. I will definitely recommend it for others. But keep in your mind that to check in you must have 300 Mex $ extra to deposit as security, to be returned while checking out. You may drop your passport instead at front desk if you don’t have 300$ Mex.

Such a wonderful hostel, possibly the nicest I've ever been. The common areas are just gorgeous and the pool is so nice. The dorm room is comfortable and private. Loved it.

Location is great. Staff were great. Easy to meet fellow travellers to have a visit.

Avoid this property. After booking, they requested full credit card details outside of a secure payment system days before arrival. I refused due to fraud risk and asked to pay securely on arrival, which they declined. I was then denied a refund until the issue was escalated to Expedia. Also, look at other reviews mentioning issues with large deposits being taken. This is unacceptable payment practice and guests should be cautious. Don’t give them your credit card information!!!

My new favorite spot to sleep in Cancun 👍👍 bed's room's washrooms are huge high ceiling large under bed locker's for storage bring a lock , all clean located across from the bus station where the bus from the airport stop's, no complain 😎 I'll be back !

Surprisingly quiet for being in the middle of Cancun. The pool was clean and I enjoyed taking a little swim in the morning.

I loved this hostel! It's directly across from the ADO bus station and the collectivo stop, so very convenient. The grocery store is right next door and shopping is just down the street. There were food trucks out front in the evenings and a restaurant just outside the front door. I as a solo female traveler felt very safe there and also while walking around the local area. The rooftop pool, workout area, kitchen and eating area were amazing! I could spend all day there. The room I stayed in (8 bed dorm) was clean and had it's own bathroom with shower. The only thing I wish the shower had were some hooks (for your towel and clothes) and a shelf to put your cleaning items on. All in all my stay was wonderful and I'll definitely recommend and return :)

Check was at 2 and I got my bed at 5. Garbage in kitchen was overflowing. Would not recommend.
