My 4 nights stay was good overall. The accommodation is neat and the location is at easy access to almost anywhere you want to visit in Dublin. I also like that it’s about 23 minutes away by bus to the airport. There are clean mirrors ( I mean, I like mirrors😁) in the room and bathroom. There’s a lift for easy accessibility and also a gym on-site to exercise during your stay. It’s a nice place to stay if you are not looking to cook your own meals, but eat out. Also, there is microwave and fridge in the communal lounge to heat up and preserve your meals.

The property was very clean and in good repair. The emails are in pale grey font which makes them hard to read. There was no way to reach the property, as the reply link did not contact anyone. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Carol (the lady who checked us in) you'll have my heart forever, such a sweet and funny woman, but if you can find it in your budget to stay anywhere but at Aspen House, I'd stay somewhere else. The price is the good thing about this place. The beds didn't have a topper, so you sleep directly on the metal springs. And I mean directly on the springs. The common area (kitchen and living room) was filthy, and there were no utensils (forks, knives, kettle) so you can't make as much as a cup of tea. The refrigerators were on and working, but that was it. The bathrooms were nice, I'll say that. And Aspen House does provide towels. Check in starts at 16, and when they say 16 they mean 16 on the dot. We were an hour early, and there were no one who could answer the simple question of "is it possible to check in early?". We were told to call a number that never answered. We were told to reply to an email we had never gotten, and no one at Aspen House could help us with that either, because they don't deal with bookings directly, everything goes through Hotels.com. After several hours and several remote phone calls we could finally check in. There's a bus stop directly outside, which is nice, and the café outside (same building but separate establishment) is very nice, and the people there are absolutely lovely. Just make sure to buy a Leap Card before leaving the city centre.
