Good location and nice apartment!

We loved our room and the lady at reception was super friendly and helpful. The apartment block is really central to main tourist attractions. Everything in the apartment was modern and easy to use. Loved the shower. Washing machine and dryer was good value. We were on the ground floor so could potentially be noisy, but we slept well.

Smartr Puente de Triana was a great place to stay in Seville. It is well located to walk to many of the city’s attractions and the very cool old section of Seville. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Even though there was not usually any staff on site, I was able to reach them easily and promptly when I had a question. A great value stay all around!

Brilliant place to stay in Seville. Such a good price for a lovely apartment. Great location. Only negative was the card payment would not work with the online check in even though I tried multiple times and communication was slow. It was all sorted though. Would stay again

Muy mal servicio en general. Nunc nos enviaron el código de entrada, a las 5pm no había nadie en recepción , casi no nos contestan en el número que había en la puerta de entrada. Éramos 4 huéspedes, solo nos dejaron 2 toallas. Llamamos de nuevo y nos dijeron que buscáramos bien, nunca hubo más toallas ni nos llevaron. El aire acondicionado estaba malo, tampoco nos quisieron enviar a alguien que lo revisara, que ya era “muy tarde”. Tampoco nos quisieron cambiar de habitación. Quedaron de ir “a primera hora”, tampoco fueron. Por la mañana llamamos, quedaron de llegar a las 10am, nunca fueron. Había vasos sucios en el lavaplatos, seguramente del huésped anterior, los gabinetes sucios. El sofá cama sonaba muy duro si uno se movía. En fin, una pésima experiencia. Lástima porque Sevilla es un espectáculo de ciudad.

No frills hotel with self check-in, etc. Room was fine with a kitchenette. Clean and functional. Location not bad either - possible to walk most places, but the area is not that charming. Parking has to be done in one of the parking houses around. Biggest drawbag is the breakfast. It is not a breakfast buffet, but a breakfast box placed outside the room. This is not clear when you book. Also, due to the Easter when we were there, the box came at 9.00 PM in the evening. Not good if you don't see it before you get up in the morning after. A sandwich or youghurt that has been standing 11 hours in living room temperature is neither tasty nor healthy. I pointed this out the first night, and they promised it wouldn't happen again. But it did. The night after it repeated itself. So, I would probably not stay here again unless I really couldn't find anything else.

Tudo ok so acho que deveria ter possibilidade de usar maquinas de cafe mais compativeis com capsulas compradas no mercado em frente e tambem disponibilizar vassoura ou aspirador nos apartamentos de longa estadia (acima de 5 dias)

Quarto impecável, localização, comodidade.

Overall a very good stay. The location is good, close to Plaza de Armas, the bus station and its walking distance to the old town where most attractions are. The room is new and under good condition.

Quarta espaçoso. Banheiro ótimo. Acesso ao prédio e quarto por senha

Chambre propre. Bien situé. Mais extrêmement bruyant. Pas d'isolation phonique. Chambre donnant sur l'avenue au rez-de-chaussée. Pas de communication avec le personnel (inexistant à l'accueil) malgré plusieurs messages écrits pour divers renseignements. Tout se fait par électronique (enregistrements, ouvertures des portes)

Super sauber tolle Austattung, wirklich alles da was man braucht. Innenstadt zu Fuß gut erreichbar. 👍

El apartamento está genial, todo nuevo y súper limpio. Sería bueno que hubiera un cubo de basura y pastillas para poder poner el lavavajillas. La situación tb es muy buena
