The hotel rooms were great they thought of everything we didnt ask for anything . Coffee, snacks, fans , tv, hairdryers , everything was great . Beds x3 in spacious family room and we all all slept well it was quiet and the DELI next door where you can get breakfast is just divine and to sit and have breakfast on the square outside and talk to locals it was just lovely we will be going again . Thank you 🙏 🇮🇪 ☘️ we also got 10% off all shopping at kildare village gor staying here and 15% off at the hatres restaurant. there was wifi and good signal and ubers were easily accessible to kidare shopping village 5 mins away

If you are on a pilgrimage to experience the life of St. Brigid, this is a wonderful place for the journey. It is directly next door to the Cathedral. The Firecastle Market next door is, I presume, owned by the same people. They were so gracious and helpful. Let me store my bags in their tiny office so I could continue to explore. Truly wonderful hospitality all the way around no matter what your reason for visiting Kildare.

Clean, nice rooms. Parking is in the castle pay lot which was a bit confusing when first arriving, but weekends are free to park there. The restaurant next door offers a 15% discount for staying at the rooms and the firecastle café offers a 10% discount and makes the most delicious pastries! We would definitely stay again!

Best place we stayed at during our entire Ireland trip! It is such a quaint place with great food at the restaurant. We ate there for both dinner and breakfast. Wish we could’ve stayed at this place longer! A real gem!

Lovely rooms and location

Safe and clean. Eclectic feel. Docked Two points because the doors and walls are paperthin. Can hear everything. I also ended up in disabled room which I didn't book. Also no "reception." If you need help after hours on a holiday think again

Because it’s not got a reception check in was a bit confusing as I hadn’t read any literature but quickly sorted and room was large clean and location perfect.

Amazing stay at Firescastle- comfy room, great food, and most importantly the warmest hospitality. Highly, highly recommended!

Vey nice place, in a great location. Only complaint was the pillows were uncomfortable ie really firm so I didn’t have the best nights sleep.

There was a walk way to the town parking lot which was very close but unfortunately we didn’t realize this shortcut until we were leaving.

Had a wonderful stay wish I’d found this little gem sooner … already booked to stay again … it’s fabulous

Adorable botique hotel in great location.

Very cool place. We were here for only a short time, but it was nice. However, the square where it is located must be a local hangout for “kids”. Outside our window we could hear them shouting, laughing and tuning up their motorcycle. Oh and smoking, as it wafted up to our room. Still the room and the staff were great.

Helpful staff
