I don't normally do bad reviews and stay in hotels around 30/40 nights a year. Other than the location and pool this experience was very poor. The WiFi is not suitable for video calls or streaming. The Aircon doesn't lower the temperature effectively at all which for a hot place makes sleeping very hard. The water is a trickle and doesn't run hot which is okay after a hot day in the dunes but reflects poorly on the hotel. When arriving and paying by card a 5% fee is levied which isn't written anywhere. They rushed us out of our room and charged us 20 soles for the extra hour we were there despite it not being busy. They wouldn't even let us stay by the pool after checking out even though it wasn't busy.

The property was okay for cleanliness, but it was very noisy from early evening to late evening. I had to put in ear beats and turn up the volume with my calm app to get to sleep. At check-in I had to pay for the room when I had the receipt that I paid through Expedia before my trip. There seems to be a lack of communication between the hotel and Expedia.

Not water pressure, rooms need to be updated, very noise.

Staff was wonderful. Room was ok. Hot water had very low pressure. Had to use wand. Room had something wrong with ceiling.

It is at the end of a U shaped pathway around the oasis with a great view on the pool side of the dunes. Very close to restaurants and other fun places around like banana bar. At the same time, its quiet despite the music nearby all night. Nice rooms and the make good trip reccomendations. Definitely safe.
