Rooms were great. Wonderful view of ocean. Staff was A+ from the second we walked in they helped us with everything. They remembered our names, how we liked our food cooked etc. The location to the things that we like on Tulum Beach was ideal. There is a small convenience store right across the street which made it so convenient to grab snacks and water if needed when the restaurant was closed. Will definitely return.

The staff are nice and our room was nice given the remote location. The beach front rooms have a beautiful view of the ocean. We had the ocean view room. I think the hotel needs to invest and update their towels. Currently, their towels are old and some of them have stains on it or are ripped. This isn't really a good look for the hotel. Overall, it's a good hotel for the value.

An absolutely wonderful stay. The staff were truly exceptional — warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcome from start to finish. The room was beautiful, and honestly, everything about the experience was amazing. We couldn’t have asked for more and would happily stay here again!!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are really nice, and it’s a great value for money. Only the beach club could be better as the beach beds are not as nice as other beach clubs, and it would benefit a facelift, but I’m very picky.

Good for relaxation.

We spent one night here and it exceeded our expectations! Spacious room with plunge pool on roof. Beautiful property and the beach was clean and calm. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room AC was very cold, no problems there. Beds were a little hard and I prefer firm mattress. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, spas and a mini mart directly across the street. Not a luxury hotel but a perfect boutique hotel for a few nights.

Very chill place with great service. Good AC in the room, no bugs in the room, quiet area but close to great restaurants, both north and south of here. Loved the ease of renting a scooter for 3 days.

Everything was amazing!

Loved our stay here! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and we had our own private rooftop! Breakfast was also included which was a plus and we were walking distance to restaurants and the night club. 10/10 would recommend!

The location is good , that's it! The hotel is ok , nothing special to say, but the price/quality is a shame. We paid around 550 Euros / night , for that amount you can expect some thing .....Our estimation was 100-200 E/night . We checked around and got confirmation. Big frustration

Everything was great! Carlos and Jose, the waiters, were excellent. The reception staff were also excellent. Thanks for a great stay.
