I stayed twice, in rooms 103 and 400. I forgot the dates, August 23rd and 28th, 2026. Room 103 was clean and comfortable, but the hot shower was very small. And before passing room 100, there was always a smell of burning oil, which was very uncomfortable. As for room 400, the bathroom was rather dirty. The drain was full of hair, and the toilet lid was yellow, as if from feces. Worse still, the flush was broken, so the water took a long time to fill, making a very annoying noise. To empty the water, you had to unplug the flush. As for the food, I tried dinner, which was quite delicious and very reasonably priced for a hotel. The service was very friendly. The hotel price was very affordable. The hotel facade was quite nice. The Wi-Fi was not very good and a bit slow.

Suitable for families. Spacious rooms. Since it's close to the park, it's recommended to bring mosquito repellent.

Upon entering the hotel, I was given a welcome drink. The staff were also friendly. I waited to check in in the lobby, but it turned out I was already allowed to enter my room before 2:00. The hotel building is old but well-maintained. The room door is still old-fashioned. Mineral water, coffee, tea, and toiletries are provided. There is a wardrobe, TV, and a small refrigerator in the room. The TV could probably be updated to have more channels and a better signal. Soffel and electric mosquito repellent are also provided. The bathroom is large and clean. The sheets need to be checked again, when I stayed there were yellow marks. Please provide tissues. The environment is beautiful, quiet, strategic if you want to find snacks and food nearby. The environment around the hotel is full of flowers and trees, so it feels calm and relieves stress.

The view is really nice, with lots of flower gardens. Parking is also spacious. But there are a lot of mosquitoes.

This first time staying at this hotel, I found it clean, homey, friendly, and shady. We checked in in the afternoon and were warmly welcomed in the lobby. There was a delicious welcome drink. Check-in was quick, and the room was clean and comfortable, with a small refrigerator and a water boiler. There were mosquitoes, but don't worry, the room is equipped with an electric mosquito repellent. The mattress needs improvement, though it doesn't detract from the quality of sleep. Adding an outdoor children's playground would be even better. Keep up the good work, and thank you.

Overall, it's good. Easy access. The rooms are quite spacious. The beds are decent, although not as comfortable as more well-known hotels (Santika, Swiss-Bell, etc.).

For a 2-star hotel, I highly recommend this hotel. The water runs smoothly without any interruptions, the location is in the city center, the staff are friendly, and the hotel is definitely cool.

Suitable for the price so far not disappointing

The room was safe, but sitting outside the terrace was full of mosquitoes, it was okay as there was mosquito repellent, except there were no mosquitoes in the morning, especially at night, the atmosphere was spacious and big and nice.

There were lots of mosquitoes and the AC was really loud, so my sleep was disturbed.

The service is very good, but perhaps each room needs to be checked or maintained again, especially in room 112, the shower is not functioning optimally.

I went to Indramayu to visit my father at Pertamina Balongan Hospital, and got a recommendation for a hotel room with the best price, breakfast, the hotel was quiet, not noisy, the cleanliness was okay, only the tap water smelled too much of chlorine but overall it was a very good place to stay, next time I go to Indramayu again I will definitely stay here.

The staff is friendly, the hotel is nice, the food is delicious.
