For a 2-star hotel, I highly recommend this hotel. The water runs smoothly without any interruptions, the location is in the city center, the staff are friendly, and the hotel is definitely cool.

Suitable for the price so far not disappointing

The room was safe, but sitting outside the terrace was full of mosquitoes, it was okay as there was mosquito repellent, except there were no mosquitoes in the morning, especially at night, the atmosphere was spacious and big and nice.

There were lots of mosquitoes and the AC was really loud, so my sleep was disturbed.

The atmosphere is comfortable, the waiters are very friendly.

I went to Indramayu to visit my father at Pertamina Balongan Hospital, and got a recommendation for a hotel room with the best price, breakfast, the hotel was quiet, not noisy, the cleanliness was okay, only the tap water smelled too much of chlorine but overall it was a very good place to stay, next time I go to Indramayu again I will definitely stay here.

Not according to the rating, no coffee or tea sachets available and it's hard to contact the receptionist because there's no telephone and the TV channels are incomplete even though they are regular channels. Please improve the LG, and there are still lots of mosquitoes in the room

everything is still manual, especially the staff is rude, their manners are very lacking, especially the staff at the breakfast place, we were told to wait 30 minutes because the food would be refilled, it turned out that we had been told to wait but there was nothing, they should have said that it would not be restocked. And talking loudly while guests were eating, honestly I was disturbed, and when serving food, the plates were dirty and there were even ants crawling on the food plates, the ethics of food being taken out and cleaned but instead they were left, the room was like a hospital, lots of mosquitoes, hot AC, for the price of almost 500 / night with very poor facilities, hard mattress, especially the bathroom was dirty, for hot water it was quite ok, only the shower head was mossy. I really do not recommend staying here.

The hotel's location is strategic, close to Yogya supermarket, and a bit inside from the side of the road, the parking lot is quite spacious. cool and beautiful because there is a garden in front of the room. around it there are many places to eat. the security and receptionist are friendly. the breakfast menu is not bad even though there are not too many variations. we happened to bring a car and when we checked out the car had been washed clean... overall good, thank you grand trisula & app
